You can activate the generation of error logs easily if you get a shared hosting package from our company. A whole section inside the Hepsia CP, which comes with the accounts, is dedicated to the logs and activating this feature will take literally only a click. As soon as you check out this section, you shall see all the hosts which you have in the account, including your domains and subdomains, even those that you may have created to test a site before it goes live. You simply have to click on the On button for the ones that you want to be watched by our system and it will begin generating error logs instantly. To switch off the function, you shall just have to click the same exact button once again. Every error log could be downloaded and saved to your personal computer at any time, even if you have turned off the feature.
Error Log Viewer in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The error log generation is a feature that may be activated with just a click with each of the semi-dedicated server packages we provide. This can be done through the Access/Error Logs section of the in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel, which we shall give you to manage the account. When you go there, you will see each and every domain and subdomain that you have hosted/created within the account listed in alphabetical order. Activating the error logs may be done separately for each one of them by clicking on the On button, that's located on the right-hand side. By simply clicking on the Off button, you can disable the log generation if, for example, you've solved the problems on the website or you have migrated it someplace else. You can also download each of the logs with just a click and if you have the necessary software on your laptop, you may process them and get easy-to-read graphs and charts that will allow you to spot the most common problems on the site.
