A: There are plenty of variables to think about – the total number of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Nonetheless, we do our best to carry out all website migrations within a 48–hour period. Less sizeable web sites are migrated much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We don’t gather any sensitive information. We will need, however, the login information for your old hosting account as well as the name of the site that you wish to move.

A: No. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we do not need anything. We will never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform given that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we can’t transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
