E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
It is really easy to set up forwarding for just about any e-mail address configured inside a shared hosting account from us. This can be done either while you set up a new email address using your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or any time later because the forwarding may be enabled and deactivated for every current email address with a couple of clicks. You can also decide if a copy of the inbound messages will be maintained on our servers, which is a pretty useful feature. This will be a fail-safe if the remote email address is not available for some cause, not mentioning you will have always a copy of all of the messages. If this option is not activated for a given email address on our end, an inbound message will be received and sent forward, so absolutely no record of it will stay on our server. In case the remote email address is unavailable temporarily, you will lose this e-mail.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you have a semi-dedicated server from our company, it will take a few mouse clicks inside the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the emails configured on our end to a third-party e-mail address. Inside the exact same section you will additionally have the ability to see how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and exactly where the inbound e-mails are sent. It is easy to enable or deactivate a forwarding account at any moment and throughout the process you can also decide whether a backup copy of the e-mails should be maintained on our servers or not. Even if this feature isn't a must have, it is helpful because you will have a backup copy of the messages on our end just in case that anything happens with the third-party email address. Even when they have only a momentary problem, you risk losing email messages as the moment our server receives and forwards an e-mail message, nothing will be maintained on our end if you haven’t selected a copy to be stored.
